Product Overview

The Full Automatic Radiator Core Wire Tying Machine is specialized equipment for automobile condensers, radiators, and evaporator cores to prevent deformation during brazing and core tying. This semi-automatic machine features automatic clamping, wire feeding, and tying functions, with manual core removal. Controlled by a PLC programmable controller, it offers both automatic and manual operation modes and can be adjusted for cores of different sizes.

Machine Structure

Wire Rack: Includes bearing seat, bearing, shaft, servo motor, reducer, and pneumatic cylinder for easy wire coil replacement.
Storage Device: Comprised of frame, fixation roller, linear shaft, and flexible roller for smooth wire movement.
Wire Feeding Device: Features installation seat, bearing, pressing cap, rotation roller, servo motor, and pneumatic cylinder for precise wire control.
Straightening Device: Ensures wire doesn't bend or get stuck during tying process.
